What is a Primary Care Network?
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are centrally funded by the NHS. A PCN is a group of GP practices working together with community, mental health, social care, pharmacy, hospital and voluntary services in a local area.

The Primary Care Network is led by our Clinical Director, Dr Saima Qurban. She is supported by our Business Manager, Administrator, Digital and Transformation Lead and Training Coordinator.
